Corryville Crossings - Phase 2 - Burgess Doan
(Retail, Community, Mixed-Use)
Cincinnati, Ohio – An urban mixed-use development.  The project consists of a combination of 6,000 SF of retail and a future 3-story 20,000 SF office building.  The building is geared to both vehicular access via the attached parking garage and pedestrian access along three street fronts.  The design aesthetic takes cues from surrounding vernacular while responding to its pedestrian and vehicular users.

Green Township, Ohio – Two design options for a 2 Story, 40,000 SF spec medical office building.  First phase of master planned site with  multi-tenant and outlot opportunities.  Designed to be built to LEED standards.

New Urbanist Mixed-Use Development - Silverman & Company
(Retail, Office, Hospitality, Mixed-Use, Sustainable Design)
Cincinnati, Ohio – A five acre site situated in a walkable community.  The development is designed to complete a work, live, play environment with nearly 70,000 SF of office, retail and restaurants flanked by residences.  Walking paths, ample green space, outdoor dining, street side location, and an underground parking garage add to the new urbanist feel while allowing for a sustainable design approach.  The aesthetics of the facades pick up on the old town feel with added contemporary flare and sustainable design elements.

Courtyard by Marriott - Rookwood Partners LLC
(Hospitality)
Norwood, Ohio – 4-Story, 123 key hotel with 3,000 SF of conference space.  This project is designed as part of an overall development which will include a theatre, retail space, office buildings, and multiple hotels.  As the first part of the Rookwood Exchange development, the hotel sets up a contemporary aesthetic for the remainder of the projects.  The building is a modified prototype including enhancements to the interior public space, exterior facade, conference area and outdoor space.

Mallard Cove Senior Living Addition - Schoen Associates Design Build
(Senior Living)
Sharonville, Ohio – 3-Story, 45,000 SF addition to an existing senior living facility.  This 34 unit project is designed as an assisted living portion of the overall complex.  The addition contains living units, resident facilities, staff offices and an enclosed connector bridge to the existing buildings.

Corporate Headquarters - Undisclosed Client

Mason, Ohio – 3-Story, 100,000 SF corporate headquarters with covered parking.  The building is designed to reflect the high tech nature of the client's business combined with the desire to use materials that speak to the longevity of the corporation.  The project will be part of a campus environment including office and warehouse space.

Anderson MOB - Core Resources
(Medical Office)
Anderson, Ohio – This speculative MOB was designed as a conversion to an existing vacant retail building with prominent frontage on Beechmont Avenue.  The aesthetic combines traditional forms in modern materials to create a focal point for passing vehicles.

Phototype - Edge Building - Phototype
(Office)
Cincinnati, Ohio – Conversion of a 10,000 SF industrial building into support offices for Phototype's main campus.  One floor of the existing 2-story building has been completed with plans for future growth.  Aesthetic cues were taken from the other campus facilities to create a consistency in interior environments.The project also  included facade renovations and exterior improvements.  Edge is the fifth building Jeff Ostermen has completed for Phototype.

Comey & Shepherd West Chester Office - Comey & Shepherd

West Chester, Ohio – 2-Story, 6,000 SF office building designed to work with updated zoning laws for incorporation into a new street corridor aesthetic.  Phoenix Architecture worked closely with the client and contractor to bring a fresh look and more space to a growing market area.

Warsaw Federal Incline Theater - Design Build Solutions
(Performing Arts Theater)
Price Hill, Ohio – 1-Story, 12,000 SF, 225 seat performing arts center on the site of the historic Cincinnati Incline.  The new theater will serve people from across the region yet remain firmly rooted in its Price Hill community.  Phoenix Architecture worked closely with Cincinnati Landmark Productions and DBS to create a state-of-the-art facility and to tie into the historic character of the site.
